About the Project
Rob Kerkvliet is a professional food photographer who has worked with many well known clients such as The Irish Times,
Aldi, Diageo and Foodies Magazine. Rob commissioned a branding brief that would allow him to establish a recognisable and trusted product, as well as distinguish him apart.
Given the nature and delicate styling of his photography, it was important not to over-masculate the identity or polarise the photographers work from his personality. The
resulting product references the fresh colours found in the photographs themselves, choosing a teal green as the primary colour. Complimenting this, a deep blue was chosen and
a strong typeface, Conduit, is used to work harmoniously with the colour scheme.
